If I’m a current client of CampaignON will I be obligated to pay the additional campaign fee package?
No. We will waive the setup charge and you will only be obligated to pay the monthly fee. If you run for re-election, continue to use all the features of your Chief of Staff Solutions™ and pay only the small victory bonus after your successful campaign.
What if I decide to use another company to provide any or all of the following services or products; marketing/advertising, strategy consulting, media relations, signs and other collateral materials, website development or create my direct mailing pieces?
All the services above are included with your Chief of Staff™ package. If you decide to use another company or multiple companies to provide those services, we will work closely with those vendors to incorporate their work into your CampaignON program. CampaignON estimates that we can save your campaign about 60% of operating costs by utilizing Chief of Staff™ package.
Does CampaignON work for any candidate, regardless of party affiliation? Will you represent any incumbent, regardless of party affiliation?

During the course of my campaign how available will your team of experts be to my staff and/or volunteers?
Whether you need support on the organization, strategy, marketing, technical issues or any other question or assistance that arises in the normal execution of your responsibilities in office, our team will be available 24/7. Sometimes we’ll answer your questions individually; in some circumstances we might meet as a team to deliver our clients the best possible answers and advice. Our promise to our clients; to always respond within a 24 hour period, unless an immediate response is necessitated.
Are there any hidden fees with the purchase of Chief of Staff™?
Absolutely not! What you see is what you get! You will be able to budget for expenses knowing our fees are a fixed cost. Everything listed under our package programs are included with your purchase. Any additional costs will be at your discretion. Examples of those costs could include purchasing collateral materials (at a reduced price) on our Public Eye Branding Store, contracting for additional public relation services with CampaignON/Weiss PR, or creating high-exposure branding videos with our communications partner, Message Worx.
What if I’m not computer savvy, will my staff be able to utilize the software applications provided by CampaignOn and our Chief of Staff software?
While we do recommend that you have someone among your staff administer Chief of Staff, our software applications were designed exclusively to be user-friendly. Anyone with some basic knowledge of computers will be able to maximize all the tools found within your CampaignON software package(s). And, we have a support staff ready and willing to help and support your campaign whenever necessary.
